After earning Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Florida, Drayton Farr joined the firm in 1951. He served as president and managing partner of the firm from 1980 until he became of counsel in October 1996.
Mr. Farr focuses his practice in real property law. He has substantial experience in representing large landowners and in the acquisition and sale of real property. Mr. Farr has served as president of both the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce and the Charlotte County Bar Association.
He served as a member of The Florida Bar's Board of Governors from 1970 through 1974. In addition to Florida state courts, Mr. Farr is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the U.S. District Court, and Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
